Hi, I'm Claudia. After spending over three decades in diverse corporate roles, I realized it was time to step out and focus on what truly matters: helping people choose their best selves amidst the beautiful chaos of daily life.


I've always been physically active and, as a food-loving Italian, I've nourished my body with care throughout my life. However, despite this, I found myself repeatedly struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout, feeling that something was still missing. This led me to take a deep dive into the study of yoga and mindfulness, seeking to better understand myself and more effectively navigate both my personal and professional life. My passion for science guided me to discover the profound connections between ancient philosophies and modern research, which enriched the skills and strategies I developed to elevate my own wellness. As I began to experience significant, positive changes in my life, I felt a strong calling to share these insights with others.


My genuine desire to bring these evidence-based tools to corporate employees, veterans, and first responders in high-stress environments has only strengthened my belief that small, mindful changes can create a profound impact on our overall well-being.
